Broker/Realtor

License Number: 346814

With a career rooted in social services, higher education, real estate, and senior transition services, Bobbi brings a unique blend of compassion, advocacy, and market expertise to every client relationship. Originally from Massachusetts, Bobbi relocated to North Carolina over 20 years ago with her husband and two children, giving her firsthand understanding of the emotions, logistics, and challenges that come with making a long-distance move and starting over away from family and familiar surroundings. That personal experience allows her to genuinely empathize with clients who are relocating, downsizing, or navigating a major life transition.
Her professional background includes experience as a Medicaid Social Worker, social services programmer, College Administrator, and educator, giving her a strong foundation in helping individuals and families navigate important life changes with confidence and care. Bobbi holds a Master’s Degree in Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, further strengthening her ability to guide and support clients through complex decisions. Today, as a licensed Realtor and owner of Gigi’s Home, a senior transition service dedicated to helping adult children move loved ones into senior communities with ease and efficiency, Bobbi combines real-world experience with specialized real estate knowledge. She understands that moving is not just a transaction—it is an emotional and financial transition that requires patience, planning, and trusted guidance. Having personally moved 14 times, managed multiple home renovations, and completed several investment property projects, Bobbi also understands renovation costs, property potential, and the true value of preparing a home for today’s market. Her hands-on renovation and investment experience allows her to help buyers and sellers make smart, informed decisions about repairs, upgrades, and maximizing home value. Bobbi works with buyers and sellers of all ages and life stages, while also specializing in helping active seniors and their families navigate downsizing, relocation, and lifestyle transitions. She is a Certified Senior Transition Specialist (STS), a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and has completed advanced training through the Senior Real Estate Institute. These credentials, combined with her background in social services, allow her to offer a level of understanding and support that goes far beyond a traditional real estate experience. Clients value Bobbi for her calm approach, strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to simplify even the most complex situations. Whether helping a first-time buyer, preparing a home for sale, guiding a family through a senior transition, or assisting with downsizing and relocation, Bobbi’s goal is always the same: to provide trusted guidance, practical solutions, and a smooth, supportive real estate experience from beginning to end.
